No hassle check in. The owner came to show our room He even carried our bags.👍 Never happened at any of the hotels in Thailand Very much appreciated Check out was equally pleasant The lady took the keys with a smile and said okay I asked her to check the room and she said no need. Earned my respect 😊

The exhaust fan in the rest room is powerful and it sucks the gas from the drain pipe. I never used it again and had no issues. Shelf above the wash basin, please relocate it to above the mirror

The location was great. No noise in the area. Yet only a couple of minutes from LK metro.The room is pretty big. Fridge, AC, TV, microwave worked fine. The owner was gentleman who helped whenever I needed something. I felt safe even though there is no reception, there is a security door that requires keycard to get in. Its more like having your own apartment. I would definitely stay again
