Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Nice size rooms , spacious and clean.

Small common area but was great for the one/ night stay.

Gigi the host was friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy. Breakfast of fresh fruit, meats, cheese and scrumptious croissant was a lovely feast. Excellent coffee.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, yet calm at night. Matteo, the host, is super friendly. I felt right at home. He gave tips for dinner and lunch and made a nice breakfast. 100% recommended to stay there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect up at the top of the city next to the duomo. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We appreciated the cozy bedding as we were here in February and it was on and off raining. Our host, Matteo, was charming, accommodating and helpful, recommending sights to see and good local restaurants. He served us a wonderful breakfast with delicious fruit, bread, meat, cheese and fresh croissants. He was patient as we tried our Duolingo Italian on him but was easily able to communicate to us in English.

Matteo (host) was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent--near the important sights of the old town. Enjoyed especially the fresh fruit salad at breakfast.

TV did not work. Water in bathroom sink was mostly cold. I was the only guest and found it a bit strange to be the only person in the house overnight, But Februaray is not really tourist season in Piazza Armerina. The accommodation was not expensive and served its purpose for me very well.
