When booking a B&B I think it reasonable to get both Bs. We did not get breakfast but told there were plenty of places around where we could, yes, at a cost in our case R350. All we would have wanted was the bare minimum, a bowl of muesli and a couple of slices of toast - not a lot to ask for!
