Proprietatea este foarte aproape de plaja, in apropiere exista un magazin.

Ca puncte slabe, curatenia si mirosul de inchis a cladirii desi mereu aveam geamul deschis. Foarte mult par pe jos, de animal, lenjerii cu miros neplacut. Cand am ajuns acolo, proprietarul a spus sa lasam bani pentru serviciile de curatenie, ceea ce nu era prevazut iar noi nu am folosit deloc cash. Iar la final a cerut sa dam nota 10/10 iar acest lucru m-a deranjat deoarece nu este corect, recenziile sunt fals pozitive.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito una lista dettagliata di attrazioni, svago e consigli operativi. Bagno comodo e recentemente ristrutturato. Complesso residenziale molto carino

Il letto era veramente sfondato, sembrava un'amaca e il giorno dopo ero piegato in due dal mal di schiena. In vacanza non è proprio il massimo... I copriletti erano quasi consunti e lasciavano sabbia in entrambi i letti.

Spacious room, great communication and instructions from the host, very friendly! He greeted us with some cookies and provided us with local recommendations for San Teodoro. Loved having a secure car park, being close to San Teodoro town (few mins drive or a 30-40min flat walk) and a few mins walk to La Cinta beach. The room was spacious, had a fridge, kettle, bath, air conditioning, and a little shared courtyard which where enjoyed some limoncello ☺️
