Przemiła Pani na recepcji uratowała twarz placówki

Ogrzewanie nie działało - 1 pażdziernika, przy minusowej temperaturze w nocy. Hałas nie do zniesienia - słychać każdą rozmowę sąsiadów, każde prychnięcie, kichnięcie, każde trzaśnięcie drzwiami - koszmar.
