The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The house was spotless and rooms made up every morning. I would highly recommend this property.

Air conditioning instead of the electric fan in the bedroom would have got this property a 10.

Amazing accommodation in Montalcino with the most hospitable hosts ever! The rooms are super comfortable with very distinct decoration, and the location is incredible. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast was really good with plenty of variety and many home made items. Our hosts looked after us. Location was fabulous

Paolo was a fantastic host.  He picked us up from the carpark to drive us to the apartment and dropped us and our luggage back at the end of our 4 days.  He tried super hard with English, we had some fun with Google Translate. The room was a little cosy for such a long stay, but it's very convenient to the free parking, so you can easily use it as a base for exploring the area.

While the host provided an ample Continental breakfast, there was no variation, but I'm sure that suits most of their clientele.

The hosts were super friendly!
