Comfort and friendly staff.

Nothing.

The accommodation was quiet which resulted in a good nights sleep. Good location not far from Richmond for plenty of places to eat.

Nothing to dislike.

Easy access to the A1, bar and meal facilities were good. Staff really attentive .Ample parking.

Road noise, shower room looked new but the temperature of the shower could not be adjusted, too hot. No breakfast option although we were advised about a cafe nearby that provided a cooked breakfast.

I arrived at the property at 9.00 in the evening, having spent 4 hours travelling there .I unfortunately could not get a signal on my phone to let them know I was arriving late with traffic problems!! When i finally got a phone signal and rang , I got no reply ! I was really upset, tired and no where to stay and did not have enough money to stay anywhere else! Wasted £50 and had to drive all the way back home .

Location was ok

Freezing room; took too long to warm up. We tried knocking it off and on with no success. Radiator had a fault. Was told to go sit in the restaurant to keep warm! Didn’t work for us as we had a 4 year old who doesn’t sit still. The man who fixed the radiator seemed nice; maybe the manager. We had to wait for him to get on site to fix the issue with the radiator. Maybe this is nice in the summer but not in November; as the room for 4 looks to be in need of a refurb (not worth the asking price)
