The best host with an amazing property. AC, TV and very clean bathroom. The bed was super comfortable as well.

Very romantic, cosy and comfortable set-up. The kitchen was well equipped (coffee (caps), tea, snacks and cold drinks. The place offers outside facilities (we stayed only one night, hence we didn’t have enough time, but if I considered a longer stay, I would def come back). You’re also surrounded by beautiful views as well as great tavernas. I truly recommend it.

Very clean, spacious,and well stocked with amenities. Yard was well manicured with chickens running around. Nicely located to old city center

Lovely hosts and a great apartment! There were so many really cool touches in the apartment from the HUGE shower to the cashbar. There were even sunbeds out in the garden. The hosts were so nice and gave us great advice. Great spot for visiting Montepulciano.

The wifi was a little spotty but honestly we just relaxed in the amazing garden so it didn't matter to us.

First thing we noticed is a great view on Montepulciano. The host is very friendly and attentive. He reacted quickly to any requests from our side. The room was clean and in a great condition. The room looked very authentic and cozy. We had plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from for breakfast. The apartment is placed close to the old city centre, it took us only 2 minute to reach by car. Check-in and Check-out was hussle free as we could do it any time on our own.

Really beautiful place and well equipped. Only 20 minutes walking to centrum and everything was like described even better.

We loved everything. Maybe bicycles would be nice.
