Posizione bellissima

The view is beautiful, peaceful away from the crowds. Good parking. The owner is very nice but be aware only Italian/German spoken.

WiFi is useless. No breakfast despite booking "including breakfast" and the sign on the gate, everywhere, in fact, stating bed and BREAKFAST. Other reviewers said the "breakfast was nice" we were not so lucky. I feel like asking for cash on arrival then not providing something I've paid for is a bit of a scam. No temperature control in room, very hot and stuffy No soap/amenities etc One thin pillow per person Quite a long way from main town, you absolutely need a car.

Il luogo è silenzioso, piacevole e immerso nel verde. I gestori sono molto cortesi e disponibili e l'appartamento confortevole. E' possibile pranzare nell'area a prato antistante l'appartamento con bella vista sul lago.

Schöne ruhige Lage, etwas abgelegen oberhalb des Ortes mit gutem Blick auf den See Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Zufuß nach Limone sind es gut 20min. Wer nicht gerne bergauf geht, sollte lieber das Auto nehmen.

Lovely people & view

No airconditioning, or even fly wire to leave windows/door open in heat. Misleading 'distance' from town - not a mere 900m walk 'as the bird flies' but VERY steep 2km which wasn't suitable for me.

A beautiful place surrounded by olive trees! Very quiet, and peaceful, with a great view of Garda Lake. The hostess is extremely nice. There is a seating area in the garden overlooking the lake, so it´s perfect for people who are looking for peace and relaxation. The room is well-equipped - not a fancy modern interior, but everything is clean and functional. The place is around 20 minutes walk from the lake, and 30 min. from the centre of Limone.
