"Super Clean, great value for money!"

the room and all the areas are spotless clean, really impressive. the facilities are good, with a nice pool and a good breakfast. the location is just at the bottom of the Assisi town centre, to be reached by car. it's a family run business, so it's a bit like being at home.

breakfast is served on a small communal table, which is a bit difficult if there are more people having breakfast,a also the owner has asked me 20 times about the tourist tax (2€), first time on the phone when i called to say i was late, so make sure you pay as soon as you arrive.

"Nice friendly B & B near Assisi"

Nice location overlooking Assisi. Nice friendly staff & good breakfast. Good pool. Parking available.

Bed a tad uncomfortable. Had to drive to the nearest restaurant. Walked to the nearest restaurant one night but found it dangerous on the way back as busy road, dark night and no pavements.
