Der Kontakt und das Einchecken hat gut geklappt! Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann das Auto in der Wohngegend gut stehen lassen. Es gab ein gigantisches, selbst zubereitetes Frühstück mit deftigen Sachen und dazu noch ein süßes Teilchen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war reichhaltig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und das Bett war bequem.

The family room had enough space for two people with luggage, nice balcony. Fridge and microwave to use, water boiler and coffee machine and some tables to have your own meal.

Toilet infrastructure was old (shower very small and narrow even for thin people, the movable wall got stuck several times and was leaking, no shelf, shower head could only be attached with difficulty). Even though the apartment is a few minutes away from the main street, there was still a lot of traffic and kids driving around with their motor bikes. The breakfast was served at the hotel of the owner 10min by foot from the room, and was always the same, no possibility to choose.

That to have the cooked/prepared breakfast you had to go by car to the owners restaurant. Although, it was convenient if you were ready to head straight out afterwards

Ottima posizione al centro della costa nord della sardegna, a circa 30 km. dalle spiagge di costa paradiso, 75 da stintino e santa teresa e 30 km da tempio pausania. La struttura è situata nella mansarda di una villetta di recente costruzione. E' composta da 4 camere con bagno e da una ampia cucina in comune. In cucina si può usufruire del frigo, forno a microonde, macchina per caffe', te, cappuccino e tostapane. La colazione viene servita dalle 9:00 alle 10:00 nel ristorante di famiglia "La Fazenda" che si trova a circa 300 mt. o 10 minuti di cammino a piedi. La colazione è molto abbondante, si ha a disposizione una brioche, un toast, uno yogurt accompagnati da caffe, capuccino o te, un succo di frutta e una macedonia di frutta fresca. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Se non si vuole uscire o si vuole anticipare/posticipare la colazione, si può optare per farla nella cucina di casa con prodotti confezionati. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa e assicura un ottimo riposo. La camera e il bagno sono pulitissimi e con tutti i comfort e i servizi efficienti. Se non si vogliono fare grandi spostamenti anche la costa di Valledoria offre spiagge interessanti, come la grande spiaggia di S. Pietro con l'oasi naturalistica della foce del fiume Coghinas o la più piccola e riservata La Ciaccia.

Nessuno è perfetto ma non ho riscontrato niente di particolarmente sgradevole.

Malheureusement les équipements sont a revoir, douche bouchée, flexible qui fuit, bouilloire qui ne fonctionne pas Petit moins, belle cuisine mais dans laquelle on ne peut pas cuisiner, uniquement pour thé café...(si la bouilloire fonctionne)
