I was not able to make use of the property as it was filly booked but booking was made and paid for

Place was very dirty with blood on sheets.

I will never go there again

Everything besides the guy who works there. He was very kind

They did not know that I was coming. The guy the works there had to call the owner and the owner did not expect anyone. I had to sit while they confirm if I paid or not. The room was cold, bathroom had a broken window. My wife was locked inside the bathroom as the key was not opening from the inside. No kettle, no tea no nothing. Worst experience ever. The only person I would like to recommend is Mr Ed (the person working at the guest house), he was very kind and humble, easy to deal with

Prepare the room as you know that guests are coming. They didn't even have an ironing board.

This place is disgusting. How is it listed as a guest house? Shared bathroom, bedding was horrific and dirty.. no man what the heck.. remove this place from online bookings. It's disgusting

Nothing. I was turned away at night with nowhere to go to. I was told that my booking was cancelled, and they’ve sent me a refund which was not true. The guy insisted that I pay cash because he won’t get his money if I book again via bookings.com

Nothing at all we booked the place make payment when we arrived the boss told us the room is taken he offers us another room which was quiet expensive n we canceled the booking they told us they will refund us till now we still waiting

We canceled the booking through their mistake n they told us that they will refund us even now m still waiting for ma money n their boss was very rude to us
