NOMA NGUBANE the receptionist was exceptionally Warm and Welcoming. She displayed transparency and always protraid a smiley and an approachable face. Replied to all the questions I had in transparency. She together with the SECURITY GUARD(whose name I had forgotten) who was on duty at the entrance together with Noma made me feel at home and comfortable through their outstanding communication, immediately on arrival. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Check in time 14h00 but I was called to delay at least to come at 17h45. When we arrived they were no enough towels and no toilet paper it like they not ready to accommodate us. We called the receptionist she said she went to church we must wait for 20mins but that 20mins turns out to be 45mins Imagine. The standard of that place is declining and disappointing. I'm saying this because the first time we went there the service they gave us was excellent. Currently they don't value for money
