Every thing was perfect

Spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The place was clean and quiet. The shower was nice and big and the water pressure was perfect. Despite the rain the room was warm and comfy. We slept peacefully.

The front gate doesn’t work. The place smelled musty/ mildew. No WiFi code was given.

The place was really lovely, so clean and comfortable, it is really value for money.

Unfortunately, we were not informed that we needed to inform staff of our time of arrival, our booking stated check in any time between 2pm and 8pm we arrived around 5pm and rang the intercom multiple times and waited for over 20 minutes, almost ended up booking another place.. called management, he advised he will get back to us, 10 minutes later, still no contact was made, we WhatsApp'd the number, messages were read but no response, we called back only to be informed that the staff is on their way, waited another 15 minutes, the person we spoke to was very unpleasant, and we felt really uncomfortable calling back to find out how far their staff is and if we should find alternate accommodation. Eventually a staff member came through and said she was stuck in traffic, surely there should have been people at the place to let us in, considering our reservation stated anytime between 2pm and 8pm, it was time we paid for just sitting outside the property.

What a peaceful and beautiful place. Had all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis during your stay. Theres also a lot of privacy. Safe and secure parking.
