MOUNTAIN HEART

Stanza nel cuore della montagna, pulita e accogliente. letto tra i più comodi in cui abbia mai dormito e incredibile onestà della proprietaria che ci ha attesi con il telefono dimenticato in struttura pronta a ridarcelo.

L’unica cosa che mi sento di criticare è la posizione fornita dalla piattaforma e l’impossibilità del personale di mandarci delle coordinate precise non sapendo usare whatsapp, lo trovo un peccato senza il caso fortuito di aver incontrato persone del luogo con le quali comunicare in inglese, gentili e con la volontà di aiutarci (non scontato) non saremmo mai arrivati alla struttura. Consiglio di verificare che l’indirizzo fornito sia chiaro a tutti

I booked a double room wirh balciny, but got a room with separate single beds and no balcony! What's the worst is that the shower was broken and we didn't know; so nobody could use the shower. The owner is an old woman and got our cash money and did not hear our objections, nor did she give us any discount or refund. There is a kitchen, but is locked. You should tell here if you need anything which makes it awkward as she goes to a room you don't know where and takes time to communicate. She doesn't know English. I'd never go there, nor would I recommend. We booked another room nearby with lower price which was perfect to our needs.

Очень хорошая, радушная хозяйка! Заезжали очень поздно, она нас дождалась и заселила в комфортные номера со всеми удобствами. Рекомендую это место. Расположение недалеко от центра

The rooms were quite clean There is a washing machine that you can use Nice view

It was really cold and the owner didn’t want to turn on the heating even though we asked multiple times. We got a small heater that broke after 5 minutes. It was very humid and all of our things were wet. We spent there only two nights but almost all of us were ill after that stay. The host is an old lady who is really nice but you can tell she just wants to save money on heating. Our only life saver was ONE hairdryer that was in one out of three of our rooms.

The people in this guest house are the best I ever met in Georgia they were very helpful and very nice, I felt like I was at home more then a hotel, the kitchen had literally everything I needed, the location was literally in the middle of the city, the owners young daughter was so friendly she took us around the town showed us her school and even helped us rent houses from her local friends, the room is as clean as in the pictures, I would definitely come again and again

The mattress was not very soft

Great place with a stunning view and owned by kind and friendly people. Also there were tiny kittens at the property which makes me want to come back even more :)

A brand new facility with a great view, spotless and comfortable facilities, and for those travelling in the off-season heated rooms and shared spaces.
