"First visit to Sutton on Sea"

Hosts very friendly and welcoming. The house felt like home. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfasts were very good.

Really our only criticism was that there were no shelves in the bathroom where we could put toiletries or keep clothes off the floor.

We thought it was in Sutton itself but it was a little way out but the friendly helpful owners and staff made up for that. Comfy, clean room. Exceptional breakfast.beautiful garden to spend time in . Would definitely return.
