The room was clean and the host helpful

Very disappointed as we didn’t know that the bathroom was a shared location and there was cctv camera watching us going from our room to the bathroom this was also In the kitchen area - made us feel very uncomfortable. Was sold on the website as bed and breakfast however the breakfast was very poor - all convenience food in packets.

A few minutes after making the booking, the payment was processed. After that came a row of rules and regulations and "threats" about being charged/fined for anything except breathing. In my more than 30 years of travelling in Italy I have never experience such a unfriendly, greedy approach! - You will be charged extra if you check in at afternoon. - You will be charged extra for using airconditioning, for using the kitchen, for using the washing machine, - And if you invite a visitor for a glass of wine on the balcony - THEY WILL FINE YOU 25E for doing so!!! I don't believe it! Worthless breakfast, only cheap, prepacked cakes and some cereals to eat. (And God help you if you take something after breakfast!!) When looking at accommodation at Booking.com I first compare prices and then have a quick glance at the facilities - i do not study all the small letter stuff at the bottom, in this case I should have done - and avoided it. I feel offended!

The bathroom and room were nice.

There were added costs that were not clear before the payment for everything! 10 euros a day for air conditioning, 10 euros to use the kitchen, money to use the washing machine and so on. They said that we would have to pay more if we arrived after 2:30PM (even if checkin was until 8:00PM) and when we arrived at 12:00PM, the room wasn't ready and we had to wait for over an hour!! (checkin started at 10:00AM). The woman checking us in was also extremely rude and irritated that we showed up "that early". There were signs with restrictions on what you could use and do everywhere. Example: If someone in the B&B ate a snack in the afternoon, then there wouldn't have been breakfast (even though it was already paid and in the price for stay) for EVERYONE in the B&B.

Fab welcome. Last day left my home keys in the room it was early Massimo let me use the lock box. He was kind. Good quality shampoo

The coffee was very good and the breakfast was good when you consider it is in Italy. The staff Grazia Giustizia made my stay very nice.
