Quiet place. Clean room. Table and chairs available so you can eat outside your room. Fridge, cooktop, coffee machine. Towels. Garden.

The entrance to the facility was quite steep and narrow - it is better to have a good driver or a small car :) No microwave and kettle. Taking into account the cost of accommodation, the cost of additional services such as laundry and breakfast was quite high (€10) The pool was not cleaned after the storm the previous day

Excellent location in the countryside but super close to Scandicci and all its amenities and transport networks. My apartment had a little kitchen / fridge etc which was great because I stayed 5 nights for a busy course.

It is very close to the motorway - but this wasn’t a problem for me, you do t notice it after a while. The only this which I didn’t like was that my apartment was that I could hear noise from my neighbouring apartment through the adjoining doors - so it didn’t feel very private. I think there is the possibility of opening up the apartment to make it bigger, but since I was solo, I rented only one bedroom.

I stayed in the studio as I wanted to cook something on my arrival after a long day hiking and driving and it was ideal for this. There's a lovely coffee machine with some coffee pods too. The whole studio room is lovely, very clean and comfortable, the bathroom too, great shower. It is also great to stop on your way back to Pisa, a nice easy direct drive back, within one hour you are at the airport, and there is a great service station less than 15 minutes out to re-fuel if you are returning a car, 'Eni Station' (& Enicafe). The view from the studio room is divine.

It is on a flight path (and motorway) but there is no major or late night disturbance. There is nothing around, for anyone without a car it is not practical. There are steps up to the rooms for anyone with mobility issues, heavy baggage etc. None of these are bad things just things to note. On letting people in the electric gates it would be good to advise them on the intercom at this stage where to park and where to go.

We came already for the second time, the location, the house, the love of Anna & Team when taking care of this place and the guests: All these components made us enjoying another fantastic stay. We will definitely be back! Our secret place to explore Firenze and Toskana! It couldn´t be better! :))

The place is lovely, quiet (even that you are near main roadway and airport) and there is a lot of chill spots (tables with chairs,...). We loved the swimming pool and our apartment. We stayed only one night but it would perfectly work for weddings or celebrations!

Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Gorgeous property! Breakfast was lovely. We loved their resident dog, he was so gentle!

Lots of stairs to climb, but if you're able, it's not a problem.
