The staff and food were excellent

I liked the service from the staff , there were all friendly , ohhhh how I love the food big up to chef Sipho, and the front desk lady ‘Deli, the two ladies who did our massage , and the manager, Wow……🥰

Lovely view from the room window, lovely honesty bar and amazing staff! Deli arranged breakfast pack for us to cross the border early the next morning.

The breakfast was fantastic, the location superb and the staff really amazing.

Our room #1 was next to the property parking lot, also next to and below the wooden stairway from the upper floor. The bed itself was extremely creaky and noisy and needs attention.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and ready to assist with all our requests. The dinner was superb. I was a little disappointed with breakfast as they didn’t have a pork substitute as requested. So essentially we had a vegetarian breakfast, would have been great if they had chicken or something.

Wild life. The communication from and with Deli was first class through out. Location close to Crocodile River. Sit down breakfast was adequate. Staff were willing to try and accommodate our dietary requirements.

The facility was not Luxury as advertised. Lacked maintenance - could not close bathroom door, old carpet used as floor matts, too many rugs on room floor - not hygienic. The pool was not clean, it was tiny and had no shower. House rules were very regimental e.g. you were not allowed to consume your own drinks on site. Dinner selection very very limited there was basically 1 set menu and the for the price was not value for money and the rules and limited choice should have been communicated before we arrived. Lodge was a long way from the site bar a grill so we were stuck in the lodge. No TV, radio and lacked atmosphere, and I felt all the lodge wanted was to get as much money from us as possible. I'm sorry for the negative feed back but the photos on the site and the summary of what you can expect was not what you get.
