If you miss human relations, this is the place for you. You will be greeted warmly by the owners of this wonderful house. They helped us find a parking place. A family house with a very long history. The house is very well maintained, it was as if we were spending the night in a museum, where you can use the exhibits. The house combines old and new technologies - wi-fi, convenient bedside sockets and lamps, air conditioning. The room has everything you need for living, a very large bathroom with a shower and bath, tea accessories and robes. The bedroom window offers a gorgeous view of the sea. In the morning we were served a varied and hearty breakfast, including the signature apple pie. They happily told us where to have dinner and where to swim. Many thanks to the owners for the warm welcome, we felt at home. If we are in this place, we will definitely stay again.

Charming B&B in the heart of Sestri Levante, just a short walk from the train station. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like family. The location is perfect, the house is beautifully modern yet retains its historic charm, and the homemade cake at breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Easy walk to all areas of the town, beach and station. Lovely hosts who reserved a parking spot for us a few meters away. A grand old villa with lots of marble very close to sea.

Everything! The location, the house is super adorable and very modern. The owners are super cute and very friendly. The location was amazing and I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is the most charming villa right in the heart of Sestri Levante, run by a couple whose family have owned the house for generations. We received a wonderful welcome and were shown to our beautiful room with picture windows and a view (in the distance) across the water to Portofino. The en suite bathroom was enormous and very comfortable! The owners couldn’t have been more helpful showing us where to walk to explore the beautiful town and also gave very good recommendations for dinner. We were blown away by the charm of Sestri Levante - it’s a bit like Portofino, but without the crowds and cruise ships! There is parking on a street nearby for free, or for €20 (for 24 hrs) a secure parking spot next to the hotel. The gardens around the villa are so pretty with little seating areas and flowers everywhere. The Continental breakfast was served on the terrace at the front of the villa surrounded by bourgenvillia - what could be nicer?!

Charming B&B in the heart of Sestri Levante, less than 10 minutes from the train station, run by friendly and welcoming owners! Breakfast with homemade cake was delicious.

Good location, lovely old house that has been in the family since it was built in 1890. All the little touches are impeccable, but the true greatness of this place is the hosts who are just like family. My wife said it is like staying with your uncle and aunt. Overall, a great stay.
