Nora, die Managerin und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett! Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön ruhig.

Personnel sympathique et souriant. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises le matin avant l'heure prévue pour le check-in La possibilité de manger un repas créole préparé par la patronne. Logement bien situé, proche de la plage quand on traverse la route.

Logement TRES vétuste. Le sol est décollé, il faut faire attention quand on marche. Les siphons des 2 douches sont bouchés et n'ont pas pu être débouchés durant notre séjour donc de l'eau jusqu'aux chevilles à chaque fois. Les pommeaux et tuyaux de la douche sont aussi cassés, de l'eau s'écoule de tous les côtés. Il y a de la poussière et le ménage est fait de manière très superficielle. Les serviettes de bain ont des tâches. Nous avons été très déçu du logement. Nous sommes quand même resté car il s'agissait d'un séjour de 3 nuits et que nous étions là uniquement pour dormir.

We had the family room far from the road so it was perfect. Big enough and with everything needed. Nora and her team helped with everything (transfer to the ferry, car location, boat trip to Cousin, Curieuse and île saint Jacques)

We have to cross the road for approx 30-50 meters and it is a bit dangerous. 10-15 min walk then on the beach to reach the supermarket, DAB and restaurants, which is fine because it is a nice walk on a beautiful beach. The hotel is located on the left hand corner of Anse Volbert, close to the granite rocks so better for snorkelling. We could see a small ray in the water!

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Nagyon jó helyen van, kedves személyzet, tisztaság, mindennap takaritanak.

Egy kicsit elhasznált butor

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, große Terrasse. Die Angestellten alle sehrsehr freundlich, sie geben jederzeit Auskunft und versuchen alles zu organisieren! Wir haben uns direkt beim guesthouse ein Auto gemietet.

Wir hatten leider Wasser im Bad, wahrscheinlich war das Bidet defekt. Kann passieren, war nicht schlimm

Nora was helpful in organizing trips. The location is good and the apartment big.

The staff is disinterested and not really friendly. Nora herself doesn’t know how to respect the privacy of her guests. She was running around our apartment and bathrooms while we were getting ready in the morning for something that could have easily waited an hour. Total disaster!!!
