"A delightful host who cooks very well."

Judith was an excellent host and a terrific cook. Everywhere was clean and well presented. Copious hot water for showers and, as we are avid readers, we were pleased the room was big enough for two chairs.

For our taste, the bed was too hard but this no doubt suits many people.

Breakfast was excellent, quality products and nicely cooked. Convenient quiet location for the Dales. Would love the recipe for the beautifully light scones!!! Judith the host is very friendly, lovely company.

Judith was very welcoming, and recommended the best places to eat in the area, and the best places to walk. The breakfast was superb, and really sets you up for the day. The room was warm and clean. The location was very quiet. Free car parking onsite. Good WiFi. Very comfortable bed.

Judith was very friendly and greeted us with the kind offer of a fresh pot of tea and home baked scones which we found a lovely touch . The room was very comfortable and spotless clean with lovely big bath sized towels. The breakfasts were excellent obviously freshly cooked, nothing too much trouble. A very enjoyable stay we would definately go back and recommend to friends .
