- self-check-in option - well-equipped communal kitchen - additional small fridge in the room - beautiful view from the balcony of the entire city and the ocean - it is possible to park your car on the street right next to the building (parking spaces were always available - beginning of October) - good contact with the host, clear check-in instructions - peace and quiet - 5 minutes by car to the city center (promenade) - very good organization of the facility - e.g. shelves in the refrigerator assigned to the room, main entrance with a code
