B&B The Sun 'tis

This is a very pleasant small B&B with great sea views from our room and the breakfast room. The parking was on the street right next to the hotel. We liked the stone stair to the rocky shore, however, there was no swimming beach. We liked the breakfast with warm Italian pastry, cheese, capocollo, yogurt and fruits. The coffee, tea and snacks were available during the day. The host, Salvatore, was very nice.

The breakfast was great, the hosts were incredibly nice, location was perfect for watching the moon rising over the sea. Nothing I would change.

Castro is a great town, historical points of interest, great quality restaurants, good swimming & launching point for many activities and places of interest in the area. The B&B: Very clean, my room was very new. Lovely breakfast & the views are as the photos indicate. Excellent value for money. Don't worry if you cannot get a seaview/balcony room as there is a common room with a balcony (where breakfast is served) that is always open. Exceptionally kind and hospitable hosts who could not do enough when I had unforeseen transport woes and was far too relaxed about contingencies. Under the conditions of my booking the hosts could have simply taken my money - with a "sorry for your troubles", instead they personally put themselves out to ensure I made it to Castro to enjoy this lovely B&B. My first visit to Italy - apart from my neices wedding in Fasano - the kindness of the hosts will remain my fondest memories of Italy. In the words of a famous Australian " do yourself a favour" and visit B&B The Sun 'tis.

very kind and friendly owners who make you feel like a welcome guest, very nice and clean room with splendid sea view, very nice bathroom, free wi-fi, free parking (the owner kept dedicated place for us), breakfast with delicious pasticciotti

We had a wonderful time and stayed in the most comfortable home with the kindest, most gracious hosts in Castro. Salvatore and his family surpassed expectations and were very useful when help was needed. Accommodations were very clean, comfy, and nice breakfast in a lovely room with a terrace and fabulous sea view! Parking is right in front of home and is kept reserved for guests. Looking forward to coming back and staying with these lovely people.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Great views and central location

The location was amazing. We were right across from the public beach which was a big rock on the sea. Incredible! The owner and his son were so sweet.
