Very pleasant modern accommodation with private parking in a quiet backstreet of a Calabrian seaside town. Our room was newly furnished and comfortable with a large modern bathroom and plenty of hot water. A shared living room was spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was coupons to be used at a local bar .. which worked well for us (great coffee!!)

It is central to Caulonia area and the marina. Restaurants close by for dinner, early lunch and gelato. The room was very clean and comfortable. Ornella was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was perfect. We highly recommend this place and would stay again when we return.

The property was excellent. Wonderful quality at a great price. The bathroom and facilities were superb.

Unfortunately many of the buildings surrounding the lroperty were unfinished so the outlook was not great.
