Slightly difficult to reach from the main road

Clean, good location (7min walk to the lake, Room larger than expected/needed, sort of Shanghai Four Season size), outside and underground parking), safe (tested by unintentionally leaving electronics and expensive sunglasses on a passenger seat with window open overnight on one of the two parking spot outside 15min from the building). Will definitely go again.

Great place, nice room, fantastic breakfasts and helpful hosts.

It was very clean, service was perfect, breakfast room was superb and breakfast itself was diverse and very good.

The only one negative point is last 50 m of road towards the B&B. It is poorly maintained and during the night is not iluminated.

The hosts of this property were extremely responsive. We had a slightly scary moment when the bus never arrived to bring us home from the neighboring town and I reached out to Caterina and Cristiano who not only found a taxi for us but called it for us as well. Every morning they put out a beautiful breakfast spread and included specific items that we said we liked. The room was large as pictured and the balcony has a nice view. It was particularly lovely to have breakfast out there in the morning.

I learned, as an American, I am accustomed to air conditioning when it is very hot. I found the room to be hard to sleep in due to how hot I was with just two fans and no air conditioning. I also would have liked if there were screens to keep out the bugs but when I asked about the bugs, they put a repellent in the outlet and that helped a lot.

Lovely welcoming hosts, property is in a great location and very clean. The breakfast was delicious too!
