"Very poor approach."

Location and building construction was good. Green surroundings. Rates were great.

Kettles were not there in rooms though shown in pictures. When I contacted the property he said we don't have kettles in rooms and the helper over there will get it from the kitchen on charge. Best way to keep the guests under tension.besides fleecing then. Also approach road to the property is broken all over.

I had great stay at silina residence. There was everything I could ask for. Calm and quiet atmosphere, friendly and caring staff, comfortable bed, cleanness and convenient location.

Close to the airport but not walking distance. Impecable clean and comfortable room. I worked remotely and wifi worked perfectly for what I needed. Spacious room and bathroom. Railway is next to the room but not the noise doesn't bother.

I didn't leave the room but it's in a private neighborhood so nothing nearby, only residence buildings. You need transportation to go out if you want a restaurant or anything like that. It's useful to spend the night just to go to the airport.

"Bad"

The listing was misleading. It is really someone’s home, located down a dirt road. The person who met me at the property couldn’t communicate with me and there was no way to pay with credit card. The place was not marked with a sign and I felt unsafe so I did not stay there.

"Convenient, Comfortable and Great Value For Money."

I liked the location innitially, it was about 5 min from the airport which was convenient. The rooms were large and comfortable and the wifi wasnt too bad. For a 6 hour layover its pretty ideal for its value. And the views are pretty good as well Ill drop some in this review.

There is a train that goes by sometimes but other than that there wasnt much to find interms of negatives.
