Luxury Escape

Location was great, relaxing ,peaceful, scenic, well tended grounds and central for lots of sight seeing! Bed was comfy and lovely crisp white bedding and towels. Bath robes were provided. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, quality (we had the continental in our room). Pots were cleared every day, breakfast replenished and room tidied! Good shower and bath, good hot water! Dog's were allowed for a small fee. We don't have pets, but room was spotless and didnt smell of dog! Met the host Pip briefly, she was friendly and asked if everything was ok, which it was. The host was next door if you needed anything or you could phone and leave a message. Equally though she wasn't in your face and left you to enjoy your stay. This place is up there with the best accommodation we've stayed in. Would definitely like to go back sometime! Thankyou Pip! Yourself and your team. Given an overall score of 9, because a couple of things were just starting to show their age the (shower sealant) and porcelain on one of the tap handles, had unfortunately been broken. This is being mega picky though! Not at all a complaint, just observations that didnt quite make it 100% perfection and did not detract from ouf stay. Our honesty is not aimecd to offend.

Every little detail from facilities to comfort was catered for. We were looking for a quiet , beautiful location and it was perfect.

We opted for the cooked breakfast and the first day it was spot on, but some elements were under cooked on the second day

We opted for the continental breakfast which was really nice, we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad. The location was really quiet, and the bed very comfortable making for a restful stay. The bathroom was spacious with lots of surfaces, shelves and hooks. We did some long walks so enjoyed a soak in the bath.

Stunning room in a beautiful location, close to many areas of interest, Brancaster, Sandringham. Houghton Hall. The room was perfectly appointed with many thoughtful touches. Fantastic continental breakfast in the room with views over the garden. Lovely comfortable bed. Could not ask for more.
