Ban Kru Ae mixed dorm

I booked for a night because of the wide gap in my connecting flight. The place is quaint, warm, and cozy. Do not expect the usual facilities you will find in a regular hotel. Kru Ae, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful. My experience there was closer to home than in a hotel, where I sometimes felt secluded and detached from the staff. Conveniently located 2 km from Don Mueang airport, Ban Kru Ae homestead is the go-to place for a quick stay.

For it's features, facilities, and price point, there is nothing to "not like".

Krue Ae showed me around, gave a loving breakfast, helped me use the washer machine because the coins were getting jammed, and gave me directions to tell the motorbike taxi to take me to the airport bridge nearby.

The main thing about this property is the owner Mr.Kru Ae. He is a very wonderful host who offered me a early check in at 5am. Breakfast was bread and fruits with coffee but the hospitality was great. He guided me about the place and explained me where to look and for what. Such a nice gentleman. Unfortunately i boarded there only for few hours because of my transit flight. I have never thought staying at hostel before but now i would love to stay at hostels in future because of this experience. Very much worth for the money and i would say the reviews were really true. I will surely visit this place and meet Mr.Kru Ae when ever i visit Bangkok. I recommend this place for all travelers.

The owner is very friendly and ready to help at all times. I arrived in the evening and I was invited to a dinner with Ae and his friends. Ae also has great English! (he is a teacher). I needed a place to sleep somewhere close to Don Mueang airport before my early morning flight and I recieved a warm welcome. It was so much more than I expected. Thank you, Ae, and your smiling friends!

The host is very good, he gives you advice on how to get around and where to go, he is also friendly and attentive. 100% recommended.
