Il Melograno Suite & Room - B&B

In tanti anni che viaggiamo per l’Italia, raramente una camera ci è rimasta nel cuore come questa. La stanza è semplicemente meravigliosa: moderna, accogliente, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e iper pulita (un livello di pulizia davvero impeccabile ). La vasca idromassaggio con luci a led è un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno speciale e rilassante. Un enorme punto a favore è stato poter portare il nostro pastore maremmano, cosa non scontata, e sentirci davvero ben accolti. Ma ciò che fa la vera differenza è il proprietario: una persona eccezionale come poche. A causa di un imprevisto di lavoro avevamo bisogno urgente di un PC e lui si è reso disponibile per ben due ore, facendosi in quattro per aiutarci. Un gesto di una gentilezza e disponibilità rarissime. Non è solo una bellissima camera in Puglia, è un posto dove ti senti accolto, rispettato e aiutato. Un’esperienza che consigliamo senza alcun dubbio e che porteremo con noi. Se avete la possibilità vivete questa esperienza .

Soggiorno magico. La Suite è stupenda. L'atmosfera è resa accogliente dalla presenza dei led e dai materiali 'vivi' come il legno. Tutto è ben collocato e funzionale. L'ambiente è pulito . La vasca idromassaggio è la chicca della camera. È facile da usare, cosa non scontata. Host disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto subito ai messaggi e ha chiarito eventuali dubbi. È stato tutto perfetto. Grazie

Tutto, accoglienza, il proprietario mi ha scritto se andava tutto bene. Ci hanno offerto colazione in camera e spumante in suite. Ottimo grazie mille lo consiglio poi la suite con la vasca in camera é top

Flat is moderen designed. Bedroom with jacuzzi place is worth visiting this place - appropriate for family and couples . Fresh orange juice for breakfast.

Check in is very late - 7 pm. This flat is without windows meaning it is appropriate for 1 night stay.

- friendly and understanding staff - welcome drink - all the necessary in the bathrooom - clean

- too expensive for what they offer - breakfast indeed was in the room but only coffee and croissants ( not a good quality ) - there is no one single window in the entire Accomodation , no good light , if you want to make up for example you must get outside . It is my mistake I didn’t see before booking that this is an Accomodation without any window ( I should have studied the photos better looking for the window) - heavy smell of basement - paying 132 euro for this I think it was too much . I have stayed much better in bigger cities with less. - for us it was self check in self check out.

Air conditioning wasn't working... You would expect for that to be fully funcitional for the price you pay on your stay. Especially considering the very hot weather out there. Furthermore there is no window and the hole thing makes your sleep very uncomfortable.

Clean

we were three people, however they had forgotten and only prepared the place for two. Thus, towels and bed sheets were missing for one person and we had to wait until 9.30 in the evening before they were able to fix this. Also, kitchen is missing basic supplies such as bowls, bread knife, dish towel, cloth, etc.
