The price was fair and the mattresses were comfortable – those are the only positives. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the pool – one of the main features – was empty and unusable for two days. One day, breakfast was not provided, despite being included. There was a musty smell from an old wardrobe, plaster falling off the walls, and ants in the room. Worse still, the owner failed to ensure guests’ safety. During strong winds, unsecured garden umbrellas became a serious hazard. One overturned and damaged a sunbed. I helped the owner stabilize them, but no preventive measures were taken. After checkout, the owner accused me of damaging the sunbed and demanded €30 – even though he wasn’t present during checkout and never raised any issue at the time. He later sent me private messages that were offensive and inappropriate. Most concerning of all: he offered to refund part of the stay only if I left a positive review – which clearly violates Booking.com’s review policy and undermines the integrity of the rating system. This place has potential, but with the current management, I do not recommend it.

Ottima posizione per godere di un paesaggio verde e di un clima fresco e nello stesso tempo a pochi minuti da un bellissimo mare. Ottima accoglienza, pulizia, stanza dotata di tutto ciò che occorre, anche di lavabiancheria ed arredata con pregiate e deliziose ceramiche. Tutti i confort per soggiorni anche più lunghi. Lo consiglio.

La struttura è adeguata al prezzo. Struttura immersa nella naturale dei monti Nevrodi,se si vuole staccare dallo stress della città è la struttura adeguata per rilassarsi . Presente nella struttura una piccola piscina e un idromassaggio per potersi rilassarsi e fare giocare i propri figli . Si trova in una posizione ottimale per potersi spostarsi nelle località vicino ,come Sant'Agata di Militello,Capo d'Orlando.

Non ho riscontrato nessun elemento che non ci sia piaciuto.

Ampio spazio esterno, piscina e piccolo idromassaggio, barbecue a disposizione, amaca su cui poter ammirare il cielo stellato, letto super comodo, possibilità di passeggiate in un boschetto limitrofo, pet friendly, host molto presente e disponibile.

La facilidad de contactar con el propietario, la posibilidad de bañarnos por la noche viendo las estrellas, la comodidad de las camas, el amplio espacio del dormitorio, la tranquilidad del lugar, desayunar viendo las montañas y escuchando los pajaritos....todo en general!

Por poner algo...desayuno sencillo y sin fruta, poca leche para 4 personas, los vasos de plástico se deshacen si pones directamente el café (ojo!).
