Very pleasant host, lovely clean accommodation, breakfast was excellent

Bathroom basin was small and filled up very quickly, water was not flowing away

Host Richard was excellent & so was the breakfast.

Fact that toilet was downstairs -was a bit of a drawback -but helped that we were the only ones to use it.. A lock on the door will be greater peece of mind.

Beautiful clean house. Lovely fresh room. Beautiful location. The host Richard was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was top quality, hot, and very delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay.

All aspects were fine, its a lovely place to stay. The breakfast and its disposition was superb. Richard, the host was very friendly and obliging, and we had lots in common.

We were a bit crestfallen to find when we arrived that we were in a room normally let as a single, and without en-suite facilities because of a glitch in the booking process which had only specified a single guest. Our bathroom was thus one floor away. I can only accept responsibility for this if I failed to notice that the booking format had defaulted to 1 guest, but I thought I had booked for two I have never experienced this problem on previous bookings I have made through Booking.com

What a comfortable and welcoming house with a wonderful host who cooks an excellent breakfast ! Thankyou Richard and Jennifer and I'll definitely be back 😊

Easy to find Comfortable Friendly & accommodating

Richard is the absolute best host, it felt like visiting my long lost English Grandad. The breakfast and hospitality was top notch, I would go back in a heartbeat. In an absolutely beautiful location and very quiet.

Richard was a wonderful host and very friendly - would recommend to any walkers on the Cotswold way
