Warm welcome; friendly without being overwhelming. I had help with my suitcase. The scenery is stunning. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked, with the option of eating outdoors in the lovely garden. They understand how to deal with food intolerance/ vegetarian / vegan requirements. I hope to call again on my next trip north.

Access to the top floor was dangerous. Had an unpleasant smell. Someone trying to access our room at 2am.
