Der Wirt war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Den Pub kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, aber unser Zimmer im zweiten Stock zur Straße war klein und laut. Dass es Frühstück erst ab 9 Uhr gab, haben wir als großen Nachteil empfunden. Verglichen mit anderen B&Bs auf unserer 10-tägigen Reise durch Südirland stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

The stairs tricky would be harder for older guests ..would like a window blind but curtains did the job for the one night no sound from TV in probably needs a techie guest we were too tired from beautiful sightseeing to worry though

The room is at the centre of town.

Where do we start? Firstly the host failed to follow up a query that we made via booking dot com, and he scrambled to answer it after we arrived. The room seemed more like a mining camp room than a hotel room, with very low quality appointments and facilities. The toilet bowl was dirty from the previous occupant’s business. You had to duck your head (I’m average height) under the TV bracket to squeeze around the end of 1 of the beds in order to get to the wardrobe. Breakfast buffet featured cardboard breakfast cereal boxes (as well as a nice cooked breakfast). It was also the most expensive hotel that we stayed in, including in Dublin.
