Bathroom needs a little update but was okay

Room 2 on ground floor was very clean and well presented. Shower room was clean and fresh.

not my favourite but was acceptable

Staff were all really friendly and helpful, they all seemed to enjoy their job. Although close to the A303, it was far enough away that the road noise wasn't annoying, even with the window open. The facilities in the room were basic, but everything was exceptionally clean. The bistro serves decent coffee!

Bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever tried to sleep in and I'd only had 2 hours kip in the last 36 hours. Breakfast was a beef sausage and turkey bacon - not really what I was expecting with so many farm shops in the vicinity. The room and the communal areas needed a bit of a spruce up. "Decorating" needs a bit of a tidy up. Tiles hanging off the wall in the bathroom. Sachets of sugar in the room had obviously been there a while as they were solid sticks of sugar.

Room was a good size for two people sharing, bathroom was very spacious, kettle provided (not used) Indian restaurant next door was very nice and staff and food was very good. close to west camel as we was visiting friends there. local bakery just up road, which had a nice selection and close to a few museums

Heating did not work in room, room was like walking into a fridge upon arrival, issue raised with staff member and was told was going to be fixed next day, one electric heater in room was switched on. Extra electric heater provided later after we came back from meal in restaurant next door, which did not help in the bathroom. Heating not fixed next day. offered to move to another room (had left already) but was only a double room and was travelling with my mother, and too old to share a bed. bed mattress felt like you was rolling to one side all the time. tv remote did not work, and one remote was held on by tape. staff member fixed the tv remote whilst we was at dinner. dust on tv, and lighting had cob-webs, damage to walls next to bed and tiles were almost falling off in bathroom around window. decided to cut trip short and only stayed 2 nights our of 3.
