Problems with hot water, terrible mattress, lack of appliances.

Close to the beach

Artificial smell, very small room without wardrobe and clothes shelves, only bed and few hangs. A lot of mosquitoes and blood spots from them on walls. No entertainment on site and a very bad Internet connection, which is working only from time to time. Close to the beach, but rest is awful. Never again

It was clean.

No Bar, no pool table, as in pictures. Hotel opened at 2 to check us in, then staff went home until breakfast next morning. Room was small and basic for price, noisy due to no soundproofing, could hear coughing 3 rooms away. We booked 3 nights but left after 1. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The location is truly enjoyable, allowing for a leisurely stroll to a picturesque beach. We had the pleasure of meeting the staff during breakfast the following day, and they were exceptionally gracious. Notably, they arranged for vegan bread and oat milk for our daughter without any prior request on our part—a delightful surprise. Our children enjoyed playing and running about the spacious and mostly vacant hotel corridors.

Upon arrival, the absence of staff was somewhat perplexing, and the main reception and breakfast area appeared abandoned, dimly lit, and lacking ventilation. This may be attributed to the coastal humidity and the rustic charm of the rooms. The internet connection was less than speedy. The abundance of fake plants, including the synthetic grass at the main parking entry, left a somewhat unimpressive impression. While the room itself was spacious, it could benefit from maintenance or an upgrade, as we noticed rust in certain areas, like the air filters in the room and bathroom, and on the water faucets. Though likely clean, this gave a less-than-ideal impression. Storage space for luggage and clothes in the room was minimal. Unfortunately, we encountered a sink issue on the first day of our two-night stay, and it remained unresolved during our visit.

The perfect place, 5 minutes walking to the beach, only few kilometres to Praia de Mira. Stylish interior, very kindly personal. We especially liked that we could live here like at home and feel very independently. Billiards was a kind bonus!
