"great location, plenty of space , lovely furniture, don’t get excited about the breakfast. better to take your own."

position and view. great quality furniture and plenty of space. big comfortable bed.

hard to find from the address. had to put the name of property into google maps. breakfast was poor. leftovers in the fridge. kitchen and bathroom very tired and not that clean.

The Captain Cook Belle Vue was a real surprise for us. The location was great with a stunning (!) view of the ocan 1000 feet below. The hostess/ owner was really nice and helpful. She had great information about recreational ideas for us and took time to give helpful hints.The deck and lawn areas were great for suntanning, relaxing or watching the sun sink into the ocean. The bathroom and shower are spacious and the internet is great. We also were happy with the grocery store and the restaurants in Captain Cook. It seemed really laid back compared to the hustle of Kona and is far closer to several of the best beachs on the island. This is a small family business on 4 acres of bautifully land with trees, flowers and birds. For us it was the best B&B find we have had in 15 years coming to Hawaii. We will go back again.

Beautiful location, with an amazing view and gardens. Viviane was a wonderful and welcoming hostess. I appreciated the fan in the sleeping area--those coqui frogs are *loud* and the white noise was very helpful. Loved the recommendation for takeout from Shaka Tacosz for dinner--it was delicious and perfect.
