mRacism at €170/night! A Humiliating Experience with the Host ⚠️ Warning to Asian travelers! This host will insult you to your face Rating:★☆☆☆☆ (1 star only for the kind old man who helped with luggage and the receptionist) As a traveler who’s visited over 20 countries, I must share the worst accommodation experience of my life in Italy. Every other Italian was lovely—except this elderly hostess, who showed us true racism. 1. Differential Treatment at Check-In - The white-haired hostess was super cold and don’t even want to talk with us. - Meanwhile, she greeted white guests with warm smiles and "my friend!" - Slammed our passports on the counter, avoiding eye contact 2. The Morning I’ll Never Forget (Asian travelers, please read carefully!) - On checkout day, I left 1/4 of yogurt (due to stomach pain) but finished everything else - Suddenly, the kitchen door was yanked open violently - The hostess stormed out and: 1. **Pointed her finger directly at me** (less than 2 meters away) 2. **Banged a metal spoon against the yogurt bowl** (the clanging echoed through the dining area) 3. **Stared with hate-filled eyes** (like I was a criminal) - Shouted in Italian: "#@%&* wasteful..." (the rest was too vulgar to write, but I understood every word) - When we explained my stomach pain, sherolled her eyes** and **slammed the door** with full force ### 3. The Staff’s Kindness Highlighted Her Cruelty - **The only reason for 1 star:** - An elderly man carried our 32kg luggage (3 flights of stairs!) - The receptionist tried giving us bus tips but was **dragged away by her apron** - Despite our polite bows, the hostess **slammed the door** as we left ### 4. This Is NOT Italian Hospitality At our next Dolomites stay, the host made us tiramisu at 6AM.

The family run staff were fantastic. Perfect for hiking around the area.

Great location in a lively village. Parking in front of the house. Large room and balcony. Comfortable room. Great breakfast.

Gentleman next door was constantly smoking on his balcony. We had to keep our balcony door closed
