La semplicità della fruizione degli spazi dedicati, la posizione riparata dal traffico ma a pochi passi dal lungomare.
Se devo fare un appunto di sicuro la poca disponibilità di parcheggio intorno alla struttura e la poca visibilità della struttura dalla strada, magari con una comunicazione dedicata sarebbe più facile arrivarci.
