I didnt received room with balcony and private bathroom which I reserved.

The owner is helpful and available. The accommodation is very comfortable and in a good location. I spent one night, with the objective to visit Taormina which is very close, it was a relevant choice.

I got a private double room with dedicated bathroom across the corridor from the room (3 towels), access to the kitchen, roof top terrace and laundry room, Italian breakfast at the local bakery with freshly made patisserie waiting for me from 5 a.m. All was included in the price with 50% discount for a single occupancy. Best value for money in my 3 week trip throughout entire Italy. As mentioned by earlier reviewers, the room is without a view. The semitransparent and openable window opens to the inner corridor leading to the kitchen. So it is a bit like living on the ground floor but with very few people passing by. The window have curtains so you can ventilate the room if you want to. Moreover, the window gets daylight from the other window across the corridor. Those windows face the nearby railway so this solution serves as a sound isolation. You still might hear trains passing by as well as neighbours in other room. Located walking distance from Santa Teresa di Riva train station, 10 min train ride to the station of the famous Taormina (+hike up to the town), good for day trips to Catania or even Syracuse. Walking distance to the seashore promenade (the beach was not in use in early spring but was marked with blue flag quality marks) and at least two supermarkets.

The electrical sockets in the room were too narrow for thicker plugs (e.g. computer). This is a general issue in Italy and it was possible to charge my computer from the socket in the bathroom.

For the price i paid there is nothing to complain

It was a large house, with a good energy and big sunny bathroom, the manager was very helpful, the town lovely. I recommend.

Amazing host. Super helpful. You feel very welcome. The aparment is comfortable and clean. You have the access to well equiped kitchen facilities. Balcony in the room, terrace next to the kitchen and huge terrace on the roof. Nice Italian breakfast in the cafeteria nearby.

Really nice B&B in central Santa Teresa. The owner is friendly and helpful. The place went beyond my expectations, there was even a fully furnished kitchen available. Tasty breakfast included at the nerby cafè.
