Manuela was super. Her customer service was first class. Despite that I can not speak Italian, she helped me with translation and could not have done any more. The room and general breakfast area were first class, and the view from her balcony was amazing. The location was super convenient, close to everything in town. Thanks for a lovely stay, Manuela. Next time I'm in town, I will stay again.

The single bed wasn't really meant for someone the size of my brother. His feet stuck out the end and it rocked. It didn't bother me as I had the double bed.

The host was amazing. So hospitable & accomodating. She made the stay extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. Great facilities. Beautiful views of the town from the terrazza.

I cannot express what an amazing and comfortable time I had staying at Bella Vista. Manuela has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating going above and beyond as a host. The location is central to everything, the rooms are immaculate and the views from the communal balcony and kitchen are breathtaking. Mum and I spent 4 nights here and from the moment we got here we were treated like long lost relatives. The breakfasts were a treat with alot of variety and it was so nice chatting to Manuela and getting information on the town as we ate. Would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in staying in this beautiful town and will be coming back myself. But no words can do this place or Manuela justice!

Absolutely nothing! This stay was perfect.

Manuela is the most accommodating proprietress. She made sure we were comfortable and even set up our breakfast on the beautiful terrace on the day the weather warmed up. The view is really bella! She gave us recommendations for a couple of very good nearby restaurants and told us about Piazza Armerina, an 8th century Roman villa with a plethora of well preserved mosaics. Manuela even lent us a book about it that was in English. The place is immaculate. There is a drying rack on the balcony that was useful as we'd been traveling for weeks and needed to wash out a few things. While Valguarnera Caropepe is a little off the beaten track, it is beautiful and there are interesting sites to see within driving distance. It was great to be away from the touristy areas of Sicily and to interact with locals too! Highly recommend!

Manuela was an exceptional host who was always available when you have a query. Breakfast was varied with many options and was always fresh. Room cleaning was availabilie regularly. The rooms were generously spacious and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

Excellent,very nice property, large rooms, great location and Manuela was so lovely and accommodating. She made you feel like part of the family.
