1. Great location in the city center 2. Clean and recently renovated rooms 3. Cozy atmosphere 4. Friendly housekeeper 5. Air conditioning and fridge in the room 6. Daily housekeeping 7. Bidet in the bathroom 8. Nice views around the hotel 9. Free parking nearby (at least during our stay, possibly low season) We chose this place based on many positive reviews and the promise of breakfast, but the experience did not fully match expectations. The hotel is decent in terms of location and cleanliness, but lacks basic amenities and comfort details that make a stay truly enjoyable. The absence of hot food, hot water availability issues, and limited access to simple things like boiling water were disappointing. Overall, we would rate it around 5 out of 10.

1. No kettle in the room, which was very inconvenient. After coming back wet and tired from the rain, we even had our own tea but were not allowed to get hot water. This gave a very poor first impression of hospitality 2. Only one small bottle of water (0.5L) for two people in the fridge 3. No drinking glasses in the room 4. No access to kitchen facilities (kettle, coffee machine, etc.), as they are only for staff and only available in the morning 5. No possibility to heat food or even make hot water at any time 6. Breakfast is very basic and not healthy: bread with cold cuts, yogurt, pastries, some fruit, juices, cereals and jams. No hot food at all (no eggs, no cooked options) 7. No stove in the kitchen, so hot breakfast is not available 8. Hot water availability was inconsistent and seems to depend on a schedule. One evening we returned late and the water in the shower was only lukewarm. After asking, it was fine the next day, but the same issue happened again later. When we asked if the hot water works on a schedule, we didn’t receive a clear answer. It would be much better if this was communicated in advance, as having to take a cold or lukewarm shower late at night is not acceptable for a comfortable stay 9. Sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear everything happening in neighboring rooms — including conversations, people using the bathroom, snoring, or even a crying child at night. This significantly affects sleep quality 10. Being asked to pay separately for drinking water before departure was quite surprising. We believe that basic drinking water should be included in the stay. The situation felt uncomfortable, especially since we were told we would receive a payment link later (which never arrived). This creates a negative final impression.

Posizione eccezionale fronte mare. Struttura carina, pulita e ben tenuta, camera accogliente con tutto il necessario. Ha un giardinetto esterno con doccia e tavoli per la colazione. Ringrazio per i consigli sui ristoranti. Buona la colazione Proprietà disponibile e cordiale
