our clothes got wet in the rain and when we asked to turn on the batteries to dry things they didn't do it. and the floor in the room is very cold

Camera bella e nuova in legno e ferro. Immacolata. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. Buona colazione. Plus per arance a disposizione x spremuta fresca. Buoni i dolci. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

La camera era nel seminterrato con finestre su passaggio. Questo non era segnalato in quanto la foto della camera scelta era diversa con porta finestra. Andava segnalato. A colazione manca latte vegetale.

Ubicación, facilidad para aparcar, habitación decorada con gusto y personal muy agradable. Opciones sin gluten en el desayuno.

Desayuno muy de bollería industrial.

The rooms are large and clean and the staff was very responsive to any questions. The bathrooms are well made and shower is great. It's very central in Auronzo and also close to the lake (5min walk). Breakfast was good.

The view from our room was towards the basement of the next house, there was very little natural light. The bed mattress was too soft and couldn't sleep that well.

Beautiful location, great hosts and very clean room. Would definitely visit again!
