Very clean and excellent breakfast made by a wonderful host.

Busy street, but noise wasn’t too bad.

Nice, clean and cozy room, pretty big too, it felt pretty friendly and I especially liked the design of the exposed wooden beams of the roof. Great view to the lake if you stand in front of the window. Very well equipped (nice kettle, teabags, mugs, glasses, modern tv, bedstands). Great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre, but already gives the impression of a quiet suburban area surrounded by very nice traditional guesthouse buildings. Despite the fact that the guesthouse faces the main road, we couldn't notice any disturbing noises (the road doesn't seem to have any traffic in the evening or at night). The host was really kind, the checkin was very quick, and for checkout we just left the keys in the door. The breakfast was fantastic and really generous, and it offers several choices.

Excelent breakfast, very clean and well maintained. Neena was very helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Ardlinnhe is handy for the centre of Fort William without being too central. The views across the Loch are wonderful. We would love to come again.
