Starting Point B&B

The staff and owner are exemplary in their hospitality, communication, and accommodation. Any issues were addressed promptly and courteously. My plans were in flux, and they were patient and gracious as I made changes to my original booking. The room was spacious with good natural light. The location was an easy ten minute walk from the train station, and accessible for tours in the area. The lodging is away from the main touristic area of Hualien, but there are shops nearby for necessities.

The room was not as clean as expected when I arrived, but this was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. There was occasional noise from people going about their daily lives in the area, sometimes late into the evening.

床很好睡，浴室乾濕分離很棒，房間空間蠻大的，員工也很親切。

應該是因為在機場附近，早上還沒睡醒會一直被很大的飛機聲吵。

老闆娘人很好，民宿乾淨舒服，也有電梯方便行李進出。

房間跟官網照片一樣沒有差異，整體很乾淨，連陽台地板也沒有灰塵，枕頭各配置2個一軟一硬很貼心。

浴室蓮蓬頭出水量三段都不喜歡，水量不是很小就是很刺人。車位要看運氣找找看。
