B&B Villa dei Calchi - Suite Room di Charme

It was one of the best places I've ever been travelling for work, with such an attention to the details, tea, fresh fruits, bath products. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. I suggested to all my colleagues who are going in this region.

The breakfast provided was absolutely excellent- all locally sourced and or/cooked by Anna-Maria who is a wonderful host. There is a very good air-con in the room (which we needed in July as it was very hot). The room is full of interesting pieces of furniture and art work. The bathroom is beautifully appointed, with a little additional room with fridge and hanging space. There are beautiful towels and bathrobes provided, plus organic shampoos and toiletries. Also a lovely Nespresso coffee machine for morning coffee. We didn't realise that Anna-Maria also will clean your room daily (we came home early and she was apologetic the next day that she hadn't made our bed - which we definitely hadn't expected) You have a door leading to the back garden where you will be welcomed by a few pooches.

We absolutely LOVE dogs and this is a doggie household with a few of their own and the daughter does dog-sitting too. If you are not comfortable with dogs this may not be the place for you.
