Tufaro B&B Private Room

Nothing they not even let us check in

The owner is THIEF, impolite and extremely rude just like the lady who is taking care of the property. We read his post and in the common questions he claims to have late check in. We were on a road trip mid august and we booked at night because we were driving there. We called to confirm and he said nobody could open the door, so we said it’s ok but then you have wrong information in you add, we look for something else but please return the money. He ignored us. The next morning we went there to try to talk to him (terrible English he has btw, actually he cannot speak at all honestly, luckily i speak Spanish so I could try to understand) but he wasn’t there just a couple of old people who almost kicked us out, actually the lady closed the door in my boyfriends face. We called him again and he asked for time to talk to booking, then he said he was solving the situation, then another excuse and another. It has been more than two months and we are still waiting for the reimbursement, he has all my boyfriends account details but he definitely doesn’t want to give the money back, WE NEVER STAYED, BUT HE GOT THE MONEY

La posizione e il prezzo

Ci vorrebbe un po' più di pulizia ,e posizionato su un condominio

Tranquillo e confortevole

Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione, magari con la possibilità di fare un cappuccino

Tutto come previsto, stanza delle dimensioni giuste per una coppia che non necessita di un soggiorno lungo, pulizia ok, bagno dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, aria condizionata a disposizione, parcheggio fuori la struttura sulla strada (a vista), proprietaria disponibile che ci ha accolti all'arrivo.

Tutto sommato nulla da recriminare, per un breve periodo o appoggio va più che bene.

B&b a 15 minuti da Caserta, molto comodo per raggiungere la città con possibilità di parcheggiata davanti alla struttura, nel vicolo che la ospita. La stanza è all'interno di una piccola corte, grande con tutti i servizi necessari. Noi abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte.

Lenzuola colorate e non perfettamente pulite, di solito sarebbe opportuno usare lenzuola bianche anche per garantire una maggiore igenizzazione, anche per quanto riguarda le asciugamani. La colazione presente già nel b&b sufficiente, però mancavano le bustine di zucchero.
