"Sparkling new units is a good location, but check out the bed before committing to the room."

This is a sparkling new property, stylishly designed and spotlessly clean. The street traffic quieted down at night, and being so close to the historic garden was a plus. The host is genial, and kept popping up in his little car around town like a fairy godfather, always saying hello and checking to be sure things were okay.

With all the money spent on renovating this property, the owner could have spent a little more on the mattresses. Ours (in room 3) was hard yet sagged toward the middle. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant at the bar next door, fine for Italians but a bit skimpy for hungry Americans!
