Valerie and Pietro are lovely hosts. As a guest, you are welcomed and receive many recommendations for locations to see in the area. If you expect a breakfast buffet, you will be surprised. Because here you get your individually made breakfast, freshly prepared and to a certain extent to your wishes. During warmer months, you can enjoy this from the terrace with great views on the surrounding countryside, rolling hills and vineyards. The cascina is modern inside and offers everything you would expect of such a place for a comfortable stay. As a basis to explore the region by car you are in a good location, as many sights and places can be quickly reached - Nizza Monferrato, Acqui Terme, Asti, Barolo or Turin. Even the Ligurian coast is only a bit more than an hour. If you're looking for a convenient accommodation with a personal touch then you are right here! The property is beautifully and tastefully renovated and has a wonderful location amongst the vineyards. Pietro and Valerie were exceptional hosts offering great tips on things to do, interesting places to visit and restaurants nearby. Each morning they served a delicious breakfast using local produce. We loved staying with them as it was like visiting family. We will certainly be returning when we can.

Quiet location, beautiful surroundings, great base for exploring Asti, Barolo etc Extremely well renovated property, amazing breakfast, our hosts were super friendly and informative! Even had charger for our electrical car!!

Valerie and Pietro, the hosts, are simply adorable and super kind. The property is a freshly renewed building that looks over the hills. Super clean, silent and really nice in every detail. Breakfast is home made by Valerie and both her and Pietro are very helpful suggesting restaurants, walking route and all you need. Highly recommended!

All was great, nothing to dislike.

The location is great for exploring Piemonte. The room was very quiet in a country setting. Parking was off street right in front of the B&B. The entire property was recently completely renovated with high end finishes and everything was sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable and had nice linens. The shower was huge. The continental breakfast included fresh croissants, yogurt, fruit, and great coffee. When our hosts knew our plans, they made dinner reservations for us in Acqua Terme and Nizza Monferrato and their recommendations were spot on. Pietro and Valerie were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful and truly cared about making our first time visiting Piemonte a fantastic experience. We plan to return.

Splendit location overlooking hills full of wineyards. Super host very gracious and available for any necessity. The breakfast skilfully prepared by Valery was superb.
