"Great stay, comfortable and inviting and would come back."

Location was exceptional for proximity to downtown Cooperstown yet it was a great country setting. Anna was a great host and couldn't offer any more to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was just right and our room was very comfortable. They have done a great job updating this historic farmhouse.

The hosts Anna and Rob are the sweetest down to Earth people. Anna made us the most delicious eggs, that were kindly provided by their super cute, large, chubby, healthy-looking chickens! It is a charming, tasteful home with warm wonderful people. We will be back for sure!
